Vaku-Isotherm develops, manufactures and market vacuum insulation panels (VIP) since 2005. It is one of the pioneers in VIP technology. Vacuum insulation panels have an extremely low heat conductivity value. They are more than 5 to 10 times efficient than conventional products such as polystyrene or mineral fibers. Vaku-Isotherm owns specially developed manufacturing procedures on state-of-the-art machines. From the core to the finished VIP - all process steps are perfectly harmonized.

vakuSEAL – Optimization of our automated production line

At the beginning of the year, we look back on an important technical advancement from the past year: the successful optimization of our automated systems through the implementation of our new development, vakuSEAL.

This new technology makes it possible to significantly further reduce film overhangs. The flaps fit precisely and tightly, resulting in overall more accurately manufactured VIPs. At the same time, thermal bridges are effectively eliminated, which has a positive impact on the building-physics performance.

In addition to the functional benefits, our products also feature a visibly improved appearance. The combination of increased dimensional accuracy, optimized processing, and enhanced quality underlines our commitment to continuously developing our processes and providing our customers with sustainable, high-quality solutions.
